Once I got all the boxes, which took a while to come (3 in 3 separate deliveries), I was able to follow the instructions, all the parts and pieces were there, all fit together nicely and the gaslift works great (which I was worried it wouldn’t support the weighty mattress I have, but it does).

It’s very low to the ground is the only thing. It’s not on legs and it’s a lot lower than a standard bed:
